This Privacy Policy explains how Revenue Cycle Solutions, LLC ("Revenue Cycle Solutions," "RCS," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website at revenuecyclesolutionsllc.com (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only. Our handling of protected health information (PHI) under our client engagements is governed separately by our Business Associate Agreement and applicable HIPAA requirements — no PHI is collected, requested, or processed through this Site.

Information you provide. When you submit a form (for example, to request a free assessment or contact us), we collect the business-contact details you give us — such as your name, work email, practice or organization name, role, specialty, and any message you include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical and usage information through analytics and cookies — such as device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and general (non-precise) location. We do not use the Site to collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or any patient health information.

HIPAA and protected health information
Revenue Cycle Solutions handles PHI only within approved systems of record under a signed Business Associate Agreement with each client. This website is not one of those systems. Please do not submit any patient information or PHI through Site forms or email.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
